Retour- en terugbetalingsbeleid
Herroepingsrecht Als consument heb je het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te annuleren, zonder opgave van reden. Na annulering heb je nogmaals 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen.
Voorwaarden voor retour
- Het product is ongebruikt en in originele staat
- Het product zit in de originele, onbeschadigde verpakking
- Messen en scherpe producten zijn alleen retourneerbaar indien ongeopend en ongebruikt, om veiligheids- en hygiëneredenen
Uitgesloten van retour
- Gebruikte messen of scherpe producten
- Op maat gemaakte of gepersonaliseerde artikelen
- Producten die duidelijk zijn gebruikt of beschadigd door de klant
Hoe retourneren? Neem contact op via info@edgekings.nl met je ordernummer en reden voor retour. Wij sturen je verdere instructies.
Terugbetaling Na ontvangst en controle van het retour betalen wij het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terug via de originele betaalmethode. Retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het product defect of foutief geleverd is.

Return Conditions
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
- Knives and sharp products are only eligible for return if unopened and unused, for safety and hygiene reasons
Excluded from Return
- Used knives or sharp products
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Products that have been visibly used or damaged by the customer
How to Return? Contact us at info@edgekings.nl with your order number and reason for return. We will send you further instructions.
Refund Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
