Artikel 2 – Toepasselijkheid Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten via edgekings.nl.
Artikel 3 – Aanbod en prijzen Alle prijzen zijn inclusief BTW. Wij behouden het recht om prijzen te wijzigen. Kennelijke fouten in het aanbod binden ons niet.
Artikel 4 – Leeftijdsverificatie Voor de aankoop van messen en scherpe producten dien je minimaal 18 jaar oud te zijn. Door een bestelling te plaatsen bevestig je dat je aan deze leeftijdseis voldoet.
Artikel 5 – Levering Wij streven naar levering binnen de aangegeven termijn. Bij vertraging word je zo spoedig mogelijk geïnformeerd.
Artikel 6 – Herroepingsrecht Je hebt het recht de overeenkomst binnen 14 dagen zonder opgave van reden te ontbinden. Zie ons retourbeleid voor de volledige procedure.
Artikel 7 – Garantie Wij garanderen dat onze producten voldoen aan de overeenkomst en de redelijke eisen van deugdelijkheid.
Artikel 8 – Toepasselijk recht Op alle overeenkomsten is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.

Article 2 – Applicability These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via edgekings.nl.
Article 3 – Offers and Prices All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices. Obvious errors in our offer are not binding.
Article 4 – Age Verification The purchase of knives and sharp products requires a minimum age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Article 5 – Delivery We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe. In case of delay, you will be informed as soon as possible.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. See our return policy for the full procedure.
Article 7 – Warranty We guarantee that our products conform to the agreement and meet reasonable quality standards.
Article 8 – Governing Law All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
